Dear Dylan,

I am so sorry that your girlfriend had a miscarriage. You of all people have had enough hardships in your life and didn’t deserve to be put through that. Just know I’ll always be here for you if you need anything. And because this letter is not really going to you I’m going to say something that I would never actually tell you… I know you are in “love” with your girlfriend, but I’m hoping that you will see if you really do love her. It sounds awful but I hope you will now break up with her. I understand that when she was pregnant you could not leave her. But I hope in a while you will realize how awful she is. As a friend you truly deserve so much better. But if do truly love her and she makes you happy do not let me get in the way of that. Because all I want is what is best for you.

I miss you. So much. It sucks that you got in the middle of Matt and I’s break up. And I know you try to be fair and see us equally but you don’t. I understand he’s your bro so I shouldn’t be upset. But you were my best friend. I mean when Matt and I broke up I lost everything.. including you. Please come visit again.
